We decided to head to Flagstaff again. We tried to go a month ago but 30 miles down the road our transmission went out. This time was much more successful! There was lots of great snow to go sledding.
Getting in the van to get warmed up before we headed back for some more sledding. Hot chocolate never tasted so good!
We have lived here for almost 7 years and have never taken the kids to play in the snow since we have lived here. The kids loved it!
For dinner we went to Sizzler. Jon and I weren't impressed but the kids think buffets are the best so they loved it.
The kids love hotels because of pools and all you can eat breakfasts.
And this hotel had hot chocolate. I think they had about five cups each!
It was so fun to take a quick trip to the mountains!Memories:
Why do they water the snow? sledding doubles Gummy bears and ice cream Britt's snoring breakfast spilling hot chocolate in the elevator swimming and hot tub stopping for treats when we were only 30 minutes from home

oh my that looks like the funest trip, i think the car knew it was gunna be funner this weekend w all the fresh snow, so glad you worked in sizzler there is nothing better then the all you can eat ice cream, well mabey outback, but as a kid sizz is the shizz!
glad you guzzeled the hot coco by the cups, and hope you got your $ worth in the breaky alone.
We have never been so lucky to have it acutally snow while we are there! So cool! Looks like everything was just perfect this time around which means there was no red sticker coming back on the rear window yeehaw!
And for all the roadies our family takes, we have never stopped 30 min out to get one final treat....I think we'll be changin that up now that we know the secret to making those final moments count.
Now that you've got your snow trip in, let's talk about bringin summer on...I'm so ready!
