Young Women's Activity to the Nursing Home

The YW painted pots to take to a nursing home. We planted flowers with some residents. This lady is 103 years old!

One of the ladies asked us to sing a song about flowers. Sally is so quick! We sang "In the Leafy tree tops." We moved onto popcorn popping and then she revised "Once there was a snowman" into "Once there was a flower." The girls then sang camp songs. Sally's primary chorister experience came in handy.
Next time we want to practice before and have hand movements and costumes! ;)
